$14M development underway
Graystone commenced construction today on a new 3,400 sqm building at 88 Brandl Street in Brisbane Technology Park. The $14M building has been designed to incorporate a number of green features including multiple zoned air-conditioning, solar hot water units and rain water harvesting. |

Graystone successfully purchased a new 12,022sqm development site at Brisbane Technology Park. The sites will be progressively developed over the next three years delivering a total of 11,000 sqm of new space with a projected realisation in order of $47M. |

BTP Central Plans Well Underway
Plans for the exciting new precinct in the heart of Brisbane Technology Park, BTP Central are now well underway. It is anticipated that construction will begin early next year.
The project involves the rejuvenation of one of the Park’s original sites, to deliver the next generation of buildings.

Charity Golf Day a Success
A joint charity golf day was hosted by Graystone in conjunction with Brisbane Technology Park on the 22nd of September 2008. This was a successful day enjoyed by all while supporting two worthy causes – The Australian Red Cross and Multicap.
