$7.2M facility complete
Graystone issued a certificate of Practical Completion today for a new $.7.2M facility designed and constructed for Symbio. The 3,300sqm building will be home to Symbio's extensive food and chemistry testing laboratories

$14M development underway
Graystone commenced construction today on a new 3,400 sqm building at 88 Brandl Street in Brisbane Technology Park.  The $14M building has been designed to incorporate a number of green features including multiple zoned air-conditioning, solar hot water units and rain water harvesting.

QMI Solutions is on the move
QMI Solutions has made the move to an impressive Graystone-owned building in the heart of Brisbane Technology Park. The 2,000 sqm facility, previously occupied by Cook Medical, has undergone a dramatic transformation over the past four months with a $2.2M refurbishment.

Symbio Alliance - almost complete!
Graystone is anticipating a May completion date for Symbio Alliance’s new facility on Brandl Street.  The laboratory facilities comprise an impressive 75% of the 3,600sqm building.

Integria Healthcare triples in size
Integria Healthcare has tripled the size of its Brisbane Headquarters signing up for a five-year lease at Graystone-owned 8 Clunies Ross Court and taking over the former i.lab laboratories at 35 Miles Platting Road.

Graystone purchases prime development site
Graystone successfully purchased a new 12,022sqm development site at Brisbane Technology Park.  The sites will be progressively developed over the next three years delivering a total of 11,000 sqm of new space with a projected realisation in order of $47M.

Johnson and Johnson to Move to BTP
Global healthcare company Johnson and Johnson will relocate 5 of their divisions to Brisbane Technology Park in early 2009. The presence of Johnson and Johnson will boost Brisbane Technology Park’s growing health and medical sector.

BTP Central Plans Well Underway
Plans for the exciting new precinct in the heart of Brisbane Technology Park, BTP Central are now well underway. It is anticipated that construction will begin early next year.

The project involves the rejuvenation of one of the Park’s original sites, to deliver the next generation of buildings.

Charity Golf Day a Success
A joint charity golf day was hosted by Graystone in conjunction with Brisbane Technology Park on the 22nd of September 2008. This was a successful day enjoyed by all while supporting two worthy causes – The Australian Red Cross and Multicap.
