Brisbane Technology Park continues to gather momentum

88 Brandl Street, an exciting new investment property developed on a landmark corner site in BTP was fully leased at practical completion, April 28th 2011.

37 Brandl Street with much of its commercial space precomitted has commenced construction and will be completed by March 1st 2012. 

BTP is now recognised as a business environment of national significance with over 100 companies in occupation. Graystone dominates the environment controlling all the remaining development sites in the Park and managing 17 major commercial buildings with a GFA of 47,500 square metres.
